All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Refunds & Exchanges. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your order as we do not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. In the event of a lost or stolen ticket, please contact the Sandy Station Ticket Office at (801) 255-2078 as soon as possible and we can re-issue your ticket. The replacement ticket you are issued will supersede the original.
In the event that a performance is either cancelled or rescheduled, the Sandy Station Ticket Office will contact ticket purchasers via email or phone as soon as the cancellation/postponement is announced and communicate available ticket refund options. If an event is cancelled, ticket purchasers will be refunded the amount of the tickets; however, Sandy Station does not refund the convenience fees related to the ticket purchase. Please note that inclement weather is not cause for a refund or exchange unless the performance is actually cancelled or postponed.
While Sandy Station regrets the inconvenience caused by a cancelled or postponed performance, Sandy Station cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Sandy Station cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
